How do I place an order?
Browse the catalogue, select quantities on each product card, and hit Add to Order. When you’re ready, open your order builder, review your items, then proceed to checkout and payment.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 2 peptides (add-ons/essentials are excluded from this count).
Do prices include shipping?
No. Prices do not include shipping. A flat $15 shipping fee applies to most orders, calculated at checkout. Palmerston North addresses ship free.
Is bulk pricing available?
Yes. When your order contains 5 or more peptide units in total, a 15% bulk discount is automatically applied to all peptide products in that order (add-ons are excluded). For larger bulk pricing kits, email two.three23@hotmail.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Revolut (a normal NZ bank account number you can pay into from any NZ bank) and Manual Payment Approval. After choosing your method you’ll see the account details to complete payment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, a tracking number is added to your order. Log in to your account dashboard anytime to view status and tracking.
